Due to an influx of work coming through, a Corporate Solicitor is required to join a Top 200 law firm based in the heart of Milton Keynes.
Operating for over 40 years up and down the United Kingdom, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful Corporate candidate will be able to undertake a broad range of corporate work including share and asset disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising and general corporate advisory work advising an equally broad range of clients, including private companies, banks and investment funds.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
