As an experienced solicitor with a solid background in industrial disease experience, you will join a large team led by one of the region’s leading technical experts within industrial disease claims. You will be responsible for a full caseload of litigated industrial deafness and a smaller amount of HAVS cases acting on behalf of an impressive major insurer client base.
 
Working with a range of industry sectors, this firm is a market leader in the insurance field. They are agile, progressive and easy to engage with. 
 
You will be a qualified solicitor, with a good academic background and previous experience within industrial disease litigation. You will also have excellent relationship and client handling skills, and be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues.
