Supportive environment - focus on client care

Highly regarded multi site full service law firm in West Wales seeks an experienced commercial property solicitor to lead a team of fee earners and assistants / support as well as dealing with a caseload of mixed commercial property transactional matters and assist in business development and developing the department.

Work will be a broad mix of landlord & tenant leasework, commercial conveyancing and re-financing on behalf of a mixed client base which includes SME's and OMB's.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to make the step up into a head of department role in a friendly and supportive environment - or for an existing head of deparment looking to join a firm where the emphasis is on quality of client care and delivery rather than relentless pressure to produce fees.
