Property Solicitor - Bristol

My client is one of the South West's leading law firms. They now have an exciting opportunity for a 1 to 5 year PQE Solicitor to join their busy Property department in Bristol.

The client acts for NHS, local authority and registered provider clients, dealing with all aspects of their work from run of the mill leasehold acquisitions and disposals often linked to service contracts, to more complex LIFT schemes and freehold disposals and acquisitions, with buy back and overage provisions.

The client offers an interesting and varied workload, dealing often with high profile and complex matters. The role will involve working on a broad range of property matters, from high value disposals to challenging lease structures.

Ideally the right candidate will have experience acting for public sector clients although this is not essential.
