My client, a highly considered Legal 200 firm in Lincoln who is going through a period of growth, is expanding their Commercial Property team and seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor 2 years’ PQE + to join them.
This multi-site law firm, with a longstanding presence in the Lincolnshire legal market, can offer genuine career progression prospects to ambitious solicitors or legal executives.. They are a forward thinking firm who recognise and reward talent, and will progress employees at a rate influenced by their individual performance.
My clients offices are modern, and the firm have invested in their IT infrastructure so have impressive case management systems for you to work with.
In terms of the caseload, the Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will be dealing with high value/complex freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, high value commercial landlord and tenant work, finance and re-mortgage matters, large development matters, as well as advising the corporate/ commercial team on commercial property related matters.
To be considered you will have at least 2 years’ + PQE, be interested in being involved in business development initiatives and keen to provide support to junior members of staff.
Salary packages offered by the firm are typically at the top end of market rate in the area to ensure the firm attract the best talent.
