Solicitor - Litigation

An opportunity for an 1-3 year PQE Solicitor to join an ambitious financial services law firm, advising clients seeking redress from mis-sold financial products with a specific focus on Unfair Contracts (Consumer Credit Agreements). The role will be based in the firms flagship Bournemouth office.

The Candidate will require 1-3 years PQE in a professional negligence or relevant commercial litigation discipline (claimant-side preferred). and will be working with 1 other Litigation Solicitor already with the Firm.You will preferably have at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent and will feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will natuarlly need to be a 'Self Starter' and take ownership of the development of your own professional knowledge and expertise. You will have a high level of numeracy and the ability to handle a large and varied caseload

You will have the skills and willingness to supervise, encourage, train and develop other less experienced colleagues when required.
