Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client is currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a long standing, traditional full service law firm in central Leeds.

Our client is a friendly high street practice that manages their clients with a traditional approach. They pride themselves on having lots of client contact and are looking for a Solicitor that is not afraid of hard work and can maintain high levels of client care. This opportunity is available due to expansion of their thriving Conveyancing department and is therefore a fantastic time to join a highly regarded firm in their Leeds office.

The Role
You will manage your own mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from start to completion
This will include Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
Naturally you will work closely with clients and therefore building and maintaining relationships with them is an integral part of this role
You will also be expected to attend networking events in order to generate new work for the firm

The Candidate
The candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
You will be confident working on files from initial instructions through to post completion using the relevant case management systems
This level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications or candidates who fall outside if this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role
