Fund Finance Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working on behalf of a top 20 City Law firm who are looking for a Fund Finance lawyer to join their finance department team.

As a Fund Finance lawyer you will be covering a wide range of matters from tapping debt markets to assisting corporations with restructuring businesses which include cross-border and domestic finance transactions.

You will be acting for both lenders and borrowers and your day to day duties will consist of:

• Finance acquisitions
• Fund financning transactions

You will further be working with a variety of fund types such as;

• Private equity funds
• Real estate funds
• Direct lending funds

Recent private practice experience and experience of funds finance is highly desriable.
