Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor

Are you a Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor looking for a new challenge at a leading and well-regarded law firm based in Chester city centre? If so, a rare opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor of around 2 - 5 years PQE to join a highly reputable and award winning Corporate/ Commercial team due to a period of expansion.

You will have a solid background of dealing with Corporate and/ or Commercial work. You will have a strong academic background and will have previously trained and qualified at a recognised Commercial law firm.

Due to the nature of the cases you are dealing with include drafting and negotiating international or cross border commercial contracts, corporate restructuring, commercial contract negotiations, dealing with corporate finance and banking transactions.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and willing to get stuck in particularly with networking and marketing and business development within the department.
