Our market leading international client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property team in Bristol. In rapid growth mode they have now established themselves as a Top 20 international powerhouse.

Your new role
This team has an ever-growing high profile presence in the national and international arena, handling a diverse array of work from investment purchases and sales to development, leasing and real estate aspects of projects. The role will involve working with both the London and Bristol teams on large scale matters, supporting clients with some of the largest land holdings in the UK.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong Commercial Property background having worked for a leading City or national practice with a notable Commercial Property practice. You will be used to handling your own caseload of high value acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management matters and ideally have had exposure to handling large corporate occupier assets. Confidence in supporting strategic client relationships and supervising junior members of the team are a must.
