Due to expansion a rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigator to join this award winning team in central London. 
 
The firm have a unique offering and are led by a Property Litigator with a modern, refreshing approach to their work. The firm combine the best of private practice with an atmosphere similar to an in-house legal team.
 
The role will be an important hire for the firm and will involve a good quality caseload from a senior solicitor, as they take on a more strategic role. You will benefit from the longstanding relationships with their major clients and have a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, Landlord & Tenant and some commercial litigation. 
 
You will be a competent litigator, that can fit in alongside the partners, with the existing highly skilled junior lawyers, most of which trained with the firm and contribute towards the unique atmosphere they have created. It is vital that the personality fit continues this as it is something the firm are very proud of.
 
To succeed in this application you will be:
 
- An NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor 
- A confident practitioner with recent experience of commercial and residential property disputes.
- Able to work in modern environments, with excellent communication skills.
