The Role

The firm is looking to bring in a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to work closely alongside a highly regarded practice. There is a bustling caseload to walk into and which is beyond the traditional transactional remit. This is a brilliant opportunity to join this firm flourishing Maidstone, Kent office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases and some Development work.

The most exciting part of this role is that the Partner is widely renown as an exceptional business developer and the incoming associate will be trained in bot attracting and retaining stand out clients.

Requirements

• You will be a Commerical Property Solicitor with 2+ years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work well within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
