This private client role will involve administering complex estates, wealth planning, advising on the powers and duties of trustees and beneficiaries, managing trusts and advising on IHT and succession planning.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a private client lawyer at senior associate or partner level. You will be STEP qualified and will have a track record of advising high net worth individuals in terms of their private client affairs, wealth planning and protection. You should have an interest and appetite in growing the practice.
