Senior Commercial Associate

Our client, a highly regarded national firm, are seeking a Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE experience to join their top-ranked Commercial team in Birmingham. 
The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of work including advice on commercial contracts, outsourcing; projects, IT agreements, intellectual property and data protection.
You will be an integral part of the large and friendly team drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts,including standard terms and conditions, long term supply and purchasing agreements, outsourcing agreements,distributorship and agency agreements, website terms of use and privacy policies, supply contracts and outsourcing agreements. You will also be advising on intellectual property ownership issues and data protection documentation. 
The ideal candidate will have good technical skills in commercial law with an interest in IP and IT.  You will be a commercially-minded lawyer with an interest in business with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of work.
