Residential Conveyancer 2yrs + PQE
A successful firm with offices in the Leicestershire area are looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 2yrs + PQE to their team based in Coalville.
Based in impressive, converted and restored premises in Coalville with free staff parking facilities on site, this firm benefits from a central location aiding convenience of travel for clients and staff alike.
Established for almost 100 years, this well established firm holds an excellent reputation in all of the practice areas it engages in.
For the role of Residential Conveyancer, the successful candidate will:
- Have 2 years' experience in handling residential conveyancing transactions e.g. sale, purchase, right to buy, new build, leasehold and be able to work as part of a team in a busy property department.
- Be commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a passion for relationship building.
