An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing firm in Carlisle as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
Due to the development and growth of the firm, our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. At this role you will be working closely with the head of the team, who will be your personal mentor, advising clients on a range of commercial property matters.
The team offer a broad range of commercial property service, including but not limited to conveyancing, environmental law, commercial Landlord and Tenant, mortgaging and re-mortgaging, planning and dispute resolution. They possess a wealth of knowledge regarding such matters, with the head of the team being recommended by the Legal 500.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- At least 2 years PQE
- Knowledge of commercial property law
- The ability to work as part of a team
