Conveyancing Paralegal

A well regarded multi-discipline solicitors are looking for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join their team. The firm have a fantastic conveyancing department and their work source is stable and secure. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a truly supportive environment.

You will be responsible for running your own small caseload of residential transactions alongside providing assistance to a solicitor with their files. You will have exposure to sale and purchase, transfer of equity and remortgage matters. You will have a good opportunity to develop your own caseload over-time and develop your own client-base through winning new business. To be considered for this role you should have upwards of 1 year's experience within residential conveyancing. Experience running your own caseload would be extremely advantageous.

In return you can expect a salary of up to £22,000 alongside generous annual leave.
