Litigation Solicitor. A litigation department of a Somerset law firm has a new opportunity for a litigation solicitor. The civil litigation team requires a civil litigation solicitor with approximately 2+ years PQE or more. Reporting to the head of litigation the role will encompass a full range of civil litigation work such as; property litigation, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant, contested probate, consumer contracts, defamation, debt and contract disputes. The successful litigation solicitor will work pro-actively as part of a team and enjoy administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well respected law firm punching above its weight. Salary is dependent upon experience.
