This regional firm is looking for an additional employment solicitor to join the team in the Leicester office
Required to proactively support the Employment Law Department in providing quality advice to clients and enabling other fee earners to attend to their increasing caseloads. The successful applicant will have two to three years' experience working a as an employment/litigation fee earner with claimant experience, will be used to working to targets and have experience of working in private practice. Main duties will include:
- Preparing and drafting documents such as Form ET1 and ET3, witness statements and schedules of loss
- Attending to clients, taking instructions and advising.
- Attending Tribunal when necessary including Case Management Discussions and Pre-Hearing Reviews
- Actively proposing and participating in agreed marketing initiatives.
