An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm within its Commercial Litigation team. This City of London firm have expanded in recent times and has a national presence.
 
The team focuses on an interesting mix of work, often complex, high-value matters including commercial contracts, regulatory, professional negligence, and fraud. You will gain exposure to work at every level from County Court to the Supreme Court as well as dispute resolution and arbitration.
 
The ideal candidate will:
 
- Have 1 to 2 years’ PQE handling commercial litigation 
- Those with previous experience in the High Court would be advantageous
- Have a strong academic background including a 2:1 degree and high LPC grade
 
In addition, the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor candidate must be:
 
- Consistently producing work which is an exceptional standard including advocacy skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills  
- Be able to manage their own caseload, and delegate where necessary
