A leading legal 500 specialist claimant firm is keen to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor to its dedicated Employment Team and be based at the firms' London city office.
This practice has an excellent pedigree and over the years it has forged a well-deserved reputation for acting on behalf of claimants who have encountered difficulties with employers. The firm has a national reach and has robust relationships with an extensive and longstanding client base meaning that this practice can guarantee security and stability in the long term.
Due to an increase in instructions, the firm is keen to add a senior solicitor or a legal executive to the team. You will have a minimum of 7 years' PQE and will be able to handle your own caseload of claimant employment matters. Your cases will be diverse and will comprise of dealing with the full remit of employment matters which you will be required to conduct with minimal supervision as well as a proportion of complicated matters (e.g. discrimination/TUPE) under supervision. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to conduct your own advocacy before the Employment Tribunal.
