Conveyancing Fee Earner

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a very well-known firm
based in the Wirral. Following recent success within the department and an increase of instructions, an experienced Fee Earner is required to handle a full conveyancing caseload. As the department grows over the next 12 months, opportunities will arise for you to step up and take on increased responsibility.

You will handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters (circa 50/60 + files) which will include freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy sale and purchase transactions.

You will have a full time assistant and it is your responsibility to delegate work accordingly to your assistant and ensure all deadlines are met. It is a very friendly and open plan office with a close knit and busy conveyancing team.

The department is currently expanding and with the right experience, you will be considered for more senior roles. You will be handling full caseload of matters from instruction to post completion and there will be support available.
