Commercial Paralegal. A Kent law firm is looking for a commercial paralegal with at least 12 months experience as a commercial or company/commercial paralegal. The commercial department has an enviable client base and its work involves advising on a range commercial work and corporate transactions. The successful commercial paralegal will join the commercial team also has a strong record delivering results to clients in mergers, joint adventures, sale and purchase of businesses, commercial agreements, partnership agreements and contract law. This opportunity is ideal for a commercial paralegal wishing to enhance their career in a progressive environment but also influence the direction of a dynamic and forward thinking team and the wider firm. The firm are not looking for graduates without the relevant post graduate 12 months experience.
