Head of Residential Conveyancing - Bolton.

A well regarded Bolton based firm is recruiting for the position of Head of Remortgages to work in their very busy Conveyancing Department. You will have a decent number of years fee earning in either sales and purchases or remortages as well as possessing some leadership experience.

This position will involve leading and working with a team dealing with re-mortgages transactions.

Experience of re-mortgage transactions and daily team management is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and telephone skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

The firm is flexible on salary, their holiday package is 25 days holiday per year (pro rata with commencement date) plus Bank Holidays and an accrual system after 2 years.
