The Role

Because the firm is expanding their London office, they are looking for a Paralegal to support the London office in a holistic, truly unique role.

You will be given a huge level of responsibility. You will: draft correspondence and documentation, assist with due diligence matters, assist lawyers and transaction working groups, revise, proofread and distribute draft agreements, obtain charter documents, assist in transaction pre-closings and closings, and more.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant currently at a UK or international leading firm who is looking for a step up in firm. This is one of the best recognised, largest law firms in the world.

The role will be to support a large team of Lawyers, predominantly across Corporate, Banking/Finance, Real Estate and Technology/IP.
