Are you a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor with the desire to join an award winning firm in Manchester? If you are, we may have the opportunity for you.
We are pleased to be working alongside a Top Tier Manchester firm to recruit a newly qualified private client solicitor for their Wills, Trusts and Probate department. The team is comprised of a selection of specialist lawyers who have a wealth of private client knowledge. Therefore, this is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified private client solicitor to advance their career by learning from some of the finest private client professionals.
The role revolves around assisting partners and senior solicitors on advising high net worth individuals and business owners, alongside undertaking your own supervised caseload. Typical matters include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of tax efficient wills
- Inheritance tax mitigation advice
- Administration of estates and trusts
- Lasting powers of attorney and applications to the Court of Protection
The ideal newly qualified private client solicitor should have around 0-2 years PQE as well as the following attributes:
- A basic understanding of the inheritance tax regime
- Proven ability to find sound solutions to complex legal issues
- Excellent client management and matter management skills
