The Role

The Firm are looking for Corporate Solicitor with 4+ PQE in Plymouth, Devon.

This is an opportunity for the right candidates to get noticed, mould their own career and to really make a difference, benefiting from rapid career progression.

This is because you will be central to the continued success of the team, managing your own caseload and driving business development initiatives.

You will advise on transactions throughout the UK as well as internationally.

An example of a project you will work on includes advising a management team on a mid level private equity backed MBO as on an EIS compliant fundraising by a start up business.

• You will have an extensive private equity track record gained within a leading corporate practice with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience.
