Job Details
My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm based in the heart of Kent. They pride themselves on their ability to provide a personal service combined with the highest quality of advice, and have built an excellent reputation both in the area and nationally. They are looking for an ambitious Residential Property solicitor to join their busy team.
We are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, most likely with with around 2 years' PQE and with a background of working at either a City or leading regional firm. The team look after high net worth clients, so it will be an advantage if you have experience of this kind of work.
It is essential that you have experience of running your own Residential Property caseload. This will include sales and purchases, remortgage, transfer of equity and shared ownership. Experience of high net worth work is desirable but not essential. Please note that the PQE is a guideline only, and applications are encouraged from candidates who are able to run their own caseload with minimal supervision, regardless of PQE.
