Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation solicitor to propel their career at a reputable firm in South Manchester.
A highly successful and expanding department within an award winning law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their South Manchester team. The firm advises SMEs and PLCs throughout the UK, sometimes on work with an international element, due to their consistently high quality advice.
This role would challenge a property litigation solicitor in the following areas:
- Commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Possession claims
- Insolvency property issues
- Dilapidations claims
- Forfeiture matters
- Service charge disputes
Accordingly, the ideal candidate would be expected to have between 0 and 2 years PQE, the ability to give accurate, prompt and realistic advice and appropriate property experience.
