Family Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE within the Family to join their busy and well respected Legal 500 recommended Family team in their Chesterfield office

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters Divorce & Finances, separation, injunctions, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements. It will also be important to be passionate about developing relationships with existing clients and a passion for developing new business.

This is a client facing role and would be ideal for an individual who has excellent all round communication skills and who is committed to building a long-term career within the Company's Family team and establishing themselves in the local market. You will also be required to represent clients at Court and have confidence in conducting your own Advocacy.

The Requirements

• Managing your own caseload appropriate to your level of experience
• Highly organised, accurate, with the ability to keep meticulous records and accounts
• Proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
• Possess strong advocacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
