Job Details
Excellent quality boutique commercially focused firm has an opening for a dynamic private client solicitor who wants to really integrate into the local business community and who relishes high net worth caseloads.
The role will be working with a Partner and taking overflow work whist building up the department. The private client team services wills, probate, tax and estate planning and has 2 dedicated solicitors dealing with private client property work.
Ideally you will be in the NQ-5 year bracket and have done at least a 6 month seat in private client during your training contract. You should be able to draft your own wills and lasting powers of attorney and undertake probate work with minimal supervision. Exposure to estate planning and tax advice is helpful but not essential. Close knit team the firm still retains a really nice 'family' feel whilst being of a size to service a good, quality level of client.
