A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercially minded solicitor (2-year PQE) to join an innovative and creative in-house legal team.

My client, a global pioneer in the service sector, are looking for a commercial solicitor to join their well-established in-house legal team as the business continues to grow its UK market share. The legal team are regarding as the operational backbone within the group, recognised as the beating heart of the wider commercial team, assisting with new client development and relationship maintenance.

Being based in Surrey, this opportunity affords the advantage of being seated away from the arduous daily commute of central London, but equally offers the same benefits and progression as the City.

As a commercially minded solicitor, you will handle a commercial contract centred caseload but will be directly involved in operative decisions that will directly influence and drive the success of the wider UK business.

You will be required to review, amend and negotiate a wide array of complex commercial contracts and agreements. Current notable clients of this business include an international airport, several five-star hotels, a major national rail link and half of Canary Wharf.

The successful candidate will have a strong drafting ability and proven commercial contracts experiences within an in-house environment for a global organisations- 2/3 years PQE has a suggested by our client based on the experience of the current legal team, however NQ applicants are invited for consideration if you have a strong commercial contracts background prior to qualification and have trained with a leading global organisation or top tier law firm with an in-house secondment.
