Job Title: Intellectual Property Solicitor

Job description: We are recruiting for an Intellectual Property Solicitor to join our client, a niche Private Practice in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis. This client is a leader in Intellectual Property and is looking to recruit due to expansion.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a varied caseload to include:
- Enforcing and litigating patents across a number of sectors
- Trademarks, design rights and copyright matters
- Matters that appear before the High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court
Salary: DOE
The ideal candidate will be 6 + years PQE and have a scientific background. Previous experience in chemistry would be preferable. However, applications will be considered by candidates with patent litigation experience.
