Job description: We are recruiting for an NQ Intellectual Property Solicitor to join our client, a niche Private Practice in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis. This client is a leader in Intellectual Property and is looking for a dynamic individual to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will be dealing with:

• Contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property matters
• Trademarks, design rights, patents and copyright matters
• Patent disputes and infringement of rights
• Drafting licences and agreements to providing IP advice

Salary: DOE

The ideal candidate will be 1 – 3 years PQE and has previous experience within Intellectual Property. Applications will be considered by candidates that have completed a seat in Intellectual Property within their Training Contract or have previously expressed an interest in the area through their studies.
