Job description: We are working on an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a Top 100 Commercial firm in Manchester.
The successful candidate will be joining a reputable corporate team with a strong presence in the North West.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting for start-ups, OMBs, SMEs and entrepreneurs through to multi million pound turnover PLCs
- Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including: mergers and acquisitions, fundraises, corporate governance, company formations, restructures and reorganisations
- Offering strategic solutions to clients
Applications are welcome from NQ – 5 years PQE Solicitors, Legal Executives or Lawyers, looking for a new and exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and proven corporate experience.
Salary: Negotiable
