OUR CLIENT

A well-established and highly-regarded commercial law firm, our client has a multi-office presence, predominantly in the South of England. Legal 500 and Chambers rated in a number of areas, the firm has a particular strength in the property sector and a reputation for punching well above its weight.

Relatively small but continuing to grow, our client’s office in central London is a key part of the firm’s network. The London property team has well-established relationships with a broad portfolio of clients, ranging from high net worth investors and household name developers to smaller and more bespoke businesses.

The interesting spread of commercial property work includes development, portfolio management, landlord & tenant and some renewables.

THE ROLE & YOU

Structural change has opened-up a ready-made role for an experienced commercial property lawyer to head up the London office team. You will lead a small team of property lawyers and take responsibility for a broad range of existing clients. There may also be other interesting potential career development and leadership opportunities as the firm’s London office grows.

You may be looking for a step-up in terms of responsibility, or to move from a more anonymous role elsewhere. Whichever the case, you are likely to have at least 10 years’ of good quality commercial property experience and be seeking an opportunity to bring your skills to bear in a firm where you can make a difference.
