This forward thinking leading Legal 50 law firm have a proven track record for success and are looking for a 2 years'+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their recognised Real Estate property team in Southampton area.
 
In return for your hard work, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
 
The role will be focusing on general commercial real estate (including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development) acting for developers, investors and corporate occupiers through to banks and funders. This is a key placement for someone looking to progress as they have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting stage of growth.
