Job Details
International law firm opportunity for a commercial/IT solicitor with 3 years' pqe+ to join a growing and thriving team based in their London office.
This is a new role offering a broad range of commercial law work with a focus on IT/Technology matters. You will get exposure to clients both UK and internationally based and across the private and public sectors.
You will join a collaborative team in the City of London and lead on contract matters relating to the supply, support and maintenance of IT systems, acting for both buyers and suppliers. You will also deal with outsourcing, software licenses, general commercial contracts including agency, supply and distribution, manufacturing and licensing agreements. From time to time, you will also get involved in corporate work, data protection and procurement matters.
