Job Details
This is a new position created at a Top Tier Chambers ranked Legal 100 firm outside of London for a non-contentious Insolvency Solicitor to join this fast growing team with a outstanding reputation.
They would like an ambitious, technically strong 2-4 years' PQE solicitor with specific experience on solvent and insolvent restructuring to work on both UK and International transactions structuring the refinancing, acquisition finance, real estate finance dealing with intercreditor issues, and general banking/security work.
The firm are known for their strong client relationships and excellent quality of work, but also their commitment to ensuring a healthy work life balance which includes the ability to work from home 1 day per week.
