Residential Property Conveyancer.
 
Our client are a Chambers listed Legal 500 firm with offices in Reading and Henley on Thames. They are an award winning Property department and are CQS Accredited. Their Property Team are now recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
 
The successful applicant will be a recently qualified Solicitor with NQ-2 years' PQE, a Licensed Conveyancer, or a Legal Executive/CILEx
 
Relevant experience will include handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases; unregistered and registered titles; Auction and Probate sales; transfer of equity, and matrimonial property matters.
 
You will be enthusiastic, a quick learner and a team player whilst managing your own caseload of c.50-60 matters with minimal supervision.
 
You will be joining the currently team of four which includes two fee earners and two support staff.
 
It would also be advantageous if you have good IT skills and experience of using case management systems.
 
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + package benefits
