The Role

This genuinely lovely boutique firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their impressive and friendly practice just outside of Oxford, Oxfordshire.

The firm's Commercial Property team is small, but very strong. This is what will allow you to springboard your career toward progression.

The role is very exciting and perfect for someone looking to take over an existing caseload, this caseload is currently run by a Director of the firm, however, most interestingly they are going to be passing over their existing relationships to the successful candidate.

This means that you will be able to build a practice of your own from day 1 and this is truly invaluable.

Your caseload will involve matters including but not limited to; Development; Overage; Leases; Easements; Business Sales.

This is the Director's current caseload and they are very willing to train and develop someone to be the best Commercial Property Solicitor possible - this is a truly exciting and rare opportunity to learn from someone who is incredible at what they do, whilst taking over a lucrative and very interesting caseload.
