A national defendant law firm is currently seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their highly regarded technical claims team due to the continued growth and success of the department.

As a Solicitor in this team you will be defending a caseload of personal injury fast and multi-track EL and PL claims for one of the firm's key clients. This department provides a wide range of high-quality legal services on complex matters to the likes of NHS Resolution, insurers, local authorities and commercial clients.

To progress through to the interview stage, the firm are seeking Personal Injury Solicitors that have knowledge and experience of dealing with employers' liability and public liability cases as well as other areas of personal injury. You must have knowledge of the civil procedure rules and litigation experience.

Experience of working closely with a key client would be beneficial and experience of working with NHS Resolution would be of benefit but is not a requirement.
