The Role

The firm is looking to bring in a Agricultural Property Solicitor to work closely alongside a talented team of Solicitors and Partners in this highly regarded practice. There is a bustling caseload to walk into and which is beyond the traditional transnational remit.

The Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work for a broad client base. Mentioned in the legal 500 for over 10 years, this firm have one of the strongest agricultural client bases in the area.

You will have the opportunity to work with Agricultural law specialists who are experts in their field and be part of a growing team offering you exposure to a broad range of High NW clients and Portfolios.

Your caseload will consist of sales of purchases of farms and countries houses, deeds of surrender, Grazing agreements, easements, mineral rights, sporting leases, tenancies to rural estates.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Solicitor with 1-4 years experience in Agricultural Property however more experienced candidates will be considered
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Experience of HNW clients
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
