Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential conveyancer who is looking to work in central Bristol. Our client has experienced real growth over the last few years and they are currently seeking a new conveyancer to join their lovely offices. You will be working on a broad range of residential property and there is an existing caseload already with plenty of scope to grow this and develop the business further. You will be involved in assisting with the running and the strategic positioning of the Residential Property team and will benefit from continued progression as this impressive firm continue to evolve. The firm are open to applications from those who are wanting part-time hours.

Our client are open minded about your qualification/experience level however you will ideally be able to run your own caseload without supervision. Solicitors, licenced conveyancers, CILEx and experienced paralegals are encouraged to apply. You should have first rate communication skills, commercial awareness and initiative to work alone as well as be a team player.
