Real Estate Finance Solicitor

An established regional firm based in Manchester have an opening for a property finance solicitor or paralegal into their well regarded department. The firm have a stable and secure source of work from a number of different lenders. They are ideally looking for someone with 1+ year PQE solicitor or CILEX, however experienced, non qualified fee earners will also be considered.

You will be required to work on behalf of the lenders to ensure due diligence is carried out to ensure that their interests are protected. There will also be occasions when you are acting on behalf of the borrower to ensure that they are properly advised on the source of finance. You will join a friendly team with a first rate reputation within secured lending. You will have exposure to both commercial and residential finance and you will be required to check titles and ensure that correct due diligence is undertaken.

Salary depending upon PQE but will pay market rate. This is a great opportunity to join a well regarding company.
