THE FIRM
An outstanding, forward thinking law firm with offices in several major legal centres.
THE ROLE
The London team now seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to join the growing team.
The role will involve a broad mix of corporate work such as M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
You will advise clients ranging from start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions. A substantial amount of the team's work is international. Depending on experience, you will either support partners and other members of the team, or you will work on your own matters largely unsupervised.
ABOUT YOU
With strong academics, you'll have c 5PQE and solid corporate experience gained in an established practice and you should be willing to initiate and participate in marketing and business development activities.
