An opportunity has become available for a Court Of Protection Solicitor to join a Top Tier Law Firm in the heart of London. The role involves dealing with a case-load of Public Law cases, with a particular focus on Court Of Protection and community care work.

This successful firm, has offices situated nationwide, and is also ranked in the Legal500, Chambers, with a leading reputation in all of these niche area. This firm was also one of the first firms to achieve Investors In People accreditation.

Your role will involve dealing with a case load of Court Of Protection matters, maintain a diary and bring up entries in accordance with the firm procedures.

To progress to the interview stage, you must have detailed knowledge of Court Of Protection best interests, experience of public law, community care work and education is preferable but not essential.
