Job Details
New Childcare Paralegal Opportunity- Childcare Paralegal required to join a local authority based near Kent for an initial 3 month period.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a welcoming team that nurtures it's paralegals. This role would be ideal for an ambitious Childcare Paralegal who has had exposure and experience carrying 7-8 pre-proceeding cases.
The successful Childcare Paralegal will undertake a busy workload where duties will include, managing a caseload of care proceedings, supporting lawyers in the preparation of cases in courts and tribunals and drafting letters. Alongside this, the successful candidate will assist Lawyers with their day-to-day workload and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases, which will involve the following duties;
