This established law firm in North Hampshire are looking to appoint a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor for their growing department, where you will need 2+ years' post qualification experience and be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
 
As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in this successful team, you will have an existing caseload from the outset as well as being able to business develop in order to build up your own caseload. You must demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise on a range of corporate & commercial work, including commercial contracts, M&A, company and business sales, company restructures, joint ventures, IP, refinancing, and cross-border transactions. 
 
The firm provides comprehensive corporate and commercial services to businesses of all sizes (new business start-ups, SMEs, large national and international organisations, FTSE 100 companies and some charitable organisations).
