Commercial Lawyer

We are working with an international charity to appoint a commercial lawyer. The role is initially for a period of 12 months. The post holder reports directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance. The role will involve a wide range of both charity and commercial work, with a particular focus on fundraising and technology contracts.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial lawyer, capable of negotiating and drafting various types of commercial agreements with limited supervision.
